Cancellation / Reschedule

We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any shoot cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. If a shoot is canceled within the 24-hour window or if we arrive at the property and are unable to shoot due to cancellation or denied access, a fee of $40 will be applied.

Weather Concerns

Weather conditions can change unexpectedly. If heavy rain or snowfall makes it impossible to capture exterior shots without risking damage to our equipment, we will reschedule the exterior shoot at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost.

Staging & Cleaning

While we do not provide staging services, we ask that you ensure the home is prepared and staged appropriately for the shoot. We recommend conducting a pre-shoot inspection to provide staging tips to the seller. Please note that we are unable to perform any cleaning services. For hygiene purposes, we do not move personal items in bathrooms such as soap, razors, or toothbrushes. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to remove such items prior to the shoot.

Turnaround Time

All photos will be delivered by the end of the next business day. In most cases, photos are delivered the next morning, but we cannot guarantee morning delivery. For videos, please allow 48 hours for delivery to ensure the quality you expect.

Usage Rights & License

By engaging our services at Prime Virtual Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions for digital imagery and tour products. Please note that these terms are subject to change without prior notice.

TEMPORARY USAGE/LICENSING RIGHTS: FOR SALE OR LEASE PROPERTIES:

At Prime Virtual Media, we grant you Temporary Usage/Licensing Rights for the images you purchase at a significantly reduced rate under our Realtor Scale. These images may be used for unlimited print and web marketing of your listing. However, once the listing is sold or you are no longer the listing agent, the image rights are withdrawn, with the exception of their use in Just Sold / Listing Presentations / Personal Marketing materials.

All images are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Prime Virtual Media. While we provide a license for temporary use, ownership of the images remains with Prime Virtual Media

The images you purchase are non-transferable and must not be given away, bartered, or sold. The client who pays for the images is the sole entity with rights to use the images. Sharing the images with the homeowner, builder, designer, remodeler, stager, or any other party involved in the photographed property is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, reselling or splitting payment with anyone for the purpose of using the images is not allowed.

Delivery of Images and/or Tour

An invoice will be sent via email following the completion of the photoshoot. Payment can be securely made online using a credit card or through eTransfer. Once the invoice has been paid, the finalized photos or tour will be delivered to you.

Return Shoots

We understand that unexpected issues may arise, such as unfinished installations or other surprises at the property. We are happy to return for reshoots of specific rooms for a return trip fee of $80.
